Steam Whistle - Do One Thing Really, Really Well

Yoga UNTAPPED Spring Session

This April 30th bring your mat and join us for a morning yoga session at our brewery located in the historic John St. Roundhouse.

100% of proceeds will be donated to the The Ontario Ride to Conquer Cancer.

April's Yoga instructor will be Tony Masci

Tony’s love for yoga started in 2010 when due to health reasons he was asked to find something lower impact then kickboxing. After his first class he was hooked. Fast forward to 2012 he was working in Oakville and stumbled across power yoga Canada and signed up for a double class that very evening - the rest was history. Tony fell in love with the practice which is a power flow created by Baron Baptiste. He loves how the flow speaks to enrolment, possibility and integrity.

Tony completed his 200 hour teacher training in 2015 with Kinndli McCullum who is one of the two Co-founders of Power Yoga Canada.  Since then Tony has been teaching everywhere he can, eager to share this powerful practice with others. Tony furthered his teacher training this past March in Rhode Island with Philip Urso and Renee Armen Deslaurires from Live Love Teach, a synchronized  Vinyasa and Pranayama practice where everyone is moving and breathing together as one. He is looking forward to guiding our Yoga UNTAPPED guests through this powerful flow.

Afterwards enjoy a complimentary tour and taste of Canada's Premium Pilsner. Our friends at SOCO Kitchen + Bar have generously extended a 10% off discount on brunch to Yoga Untapped attendees *Redeemable on Yoga Untapped dates only.To claim it simply show your ticket (paper or phone) to get your post-yoga brunch on!
