"Lines" September Art Show

Our September Art Show “Lines” is a group show with Catherine Oppedisano (Illustrations) and Mike Watterson (Movie Quotes).

Catherine Oppedisano

Catherine Oppedisano has been a lifetime closet Sharpie doodler. Inspired by all things funky, simple and eye catching, she plays with fine lines, weird faces, silhouettes and simplified landscapes. This is the first time Catherine has publicly displayed and sold her work.

Catherine has worked in craft beer since she graduated university, based out of Toronto, Ontario she spends her days as National Brand Manager for Collective Art Brewing.

Mike Watterson

What initially began as a few creative, fun gifts for friends, quickly snowballed into our full-fledged art shop of 11 x 17 wall art. Having been featured on Buzzfeed, theChive, and Fancy, Brixton creative’s prints are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face before your morning coffee does.

Offering designs ranging from movie quotes, to travel inspiration, to favourite song lyrics, these prints are meant to spice up your boring walls and have people asking ‘Where did you get that?!’.

Instantly solidifying your status as the coolest one in your circle of friends.

Come join us for the opening reception Wednesday, September 6th from 7 until 11pm.  Enjoy our ice cold pilsner or a glass of wine alongside complimentary snacks, tunes courtesy of DJ Matt Weed and of course a wide variety of art. The “Lines” exhibition is available for viewing until October 1st.
