Kawartha-Style Red Eye Flank Steak

Coat steak with other ingredients. Refridgerate overnite. BBQ to desired state (approx 7 minutes per side for medium).
- 2 lb. flank steak
- 6oz. Steam Whistle
- 6 oz. strong brewed coffee(optional)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine
- couple of shakes Wooster (Worchestershire Sauce)
- Dashes of Hot Sauce(to taste)
- 1/2t Dijon Mustard
