Our Production Team

The men and women that make up our Production Crew work hard to ensure Canada's Premium Pilsner is bottled, canned, and packaged with the same excellence it is brewed with. Led by Jorge Mendonca, Steam Whistle's Production Supervisor since 2000, this dedicated troupe are the first to arrive and get to work at the brewery on Production Days...which means they are the first to enjoy their well deserved, cold Staff Beer at the end of the work day too!
