Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Coordinator, Anabel Fernandez and Quality Assurance Technician, Colin Banting work meticulously in our very own laboratory analyzing every single batch of beer we brew. Hailing from Cuba, Annabel studied Chemical Engineering at The University of Havana, and recently completed her Masters degree in Environmental Science at Ryerson University in Toronto. Colin earned his Bio-Chemistry degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, and is currently working towards his Masters degree from the International Centre for Brewing and Distilling at Hariot Watt University in Edinburgh Scotland. Together, Anabel and Colin's expertise and knowledge help us ensure that Canada's Premium Pilsner is consistently clean, refreshing and distinctly crisp, as a Czech style Pilsner should be.
