Turn enjoying the smooth excellence of a Steam Whistle into an immersively Bavarian experience in our new beer hall — the Biergärten. Inspired by the inviting atmosphere, old-world hospitality and German tradition of communal eating and drinking in beer halls, the Steam Whistle Biergarten is set up to be a modern institution in downtown Toronto at the Roundhouse.
“The Biergarten will have an atmosphere and vibe that promotes openness and sharing. An experience that every visitor to Steam Whistle has come to expect and deserve,” says Josh Hillinger, On-Site Experience Manager and Project Manager for the Biergärten.
In addition to Canada’s premium pilsner, the Steam Whistle Biergärten will be serving up a smorgasbord of classic German cuisine like schnitzel, pretzels and roast chicken, as well as delicious vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
The Best in Bavarian Tradition
Steam Whistle already adheres to the strict standards of the Bavarian Purity Act of 1516. This means only four high-quality ingredients are used in the creation of our premium pilsner: malted barley, hops, yeast and pure spring water. The same attention we give to our beer, we give to every element of our new Biergärten. From drink to food to atmosphere, our beer hall is the place to come when you want to revel in fine good and great brew.
Visit us! Our beer hall will be opening soon.
