TORONTO, Ont. (January 8, 2019) — Steam Whistle Brewing is putting a modern twist on a traditional German bier hall, and bringing it to Toronto. 

Slated to open in the spring in Steam Whistle’s iconic downtown Toronto Roundhouse, the Steam Whistle Biergärten is inspired by the atmosphere, food and drink of the traditional bier gartens and bier halls in Munich — which can be found at pretty much any brewery operating in that city.
