The Collaboration: Bringing Two Toronto Brands Together
At Steam Whistle, we've always been proud to call Toronto home. Since opening our doors at the historic John Street Roundhouse, we've been connected to the people, places and experiences that make this city special.
Cycling has long been part of that connection. From supporting community rides and charity cycling events to celebrating Toronto's bike culture through our own initiatives, we've always believed that getting out and exploring the city is one of the best ways to experience it.
That's why partnering with Butter Bikes felt like such a natural fit. Same city, same instinct to build things well and not cut corners.
Together, we combined Butter Bikes' approach to city cycling with Steam Whistle's iconic look to create something genuinely one-of-a-kind.
The Custom Steam Whistle Butter Bike
The centrepiece of this collaboration is a custom bike designed by Steam Whistle and built with Butter Bikes' signature attention to detail.
Clean white frame, Steam Whistle green accents throughout, the kind of design that looks like it was always meant to exist.
Every detail, from the colour palette to the finishing touches, was chosen with one city in mind.
The result? A Butter Bike that looks like it rolled straight out of the Roundhouse and onto Toronto's bike lanes.
