1. Over serving alcohol is not permitted.

2. Customers can only receive one sample in their own sample cup at a time.

3. No vendors or staff of vendors are to be impaired in any way while working at the Venue.

4. Vendors are able to serve multiple/different products from the same brand under their tent, however no more than one brand per booth. If you are looking to showcase an additional brand name, vendors must purchase a secondary tent.

5. A Smart Serve certificate is required for all vendors and any person serving. Please send a copy of Smart Serve certificates to EMAIL ADDRESS a minimum of one week prior to the Event. These cards/numbers must be available for inspection throughout the day.

6. Samples may not be sold for cash at any time during the day.

7. Samples are only to be served from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday August 7th, 2024.

9. The 8’ x 8’ space as provided will be used by only one vendor.

10. Vendors are asked to bring a recycle bin and take all waste with them when they leave.

11. Vendors are allowed to provide samples of beer, non-alc. beverages, wine and liquor only. No food.

12. Vendors must provide an invoice reflecting the SOP for all products brought onsite.

14. Should any items provided by the Venue be damaged or lost, the vendor will be charged.

15. Vendors and exhibitors must have proper liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) naming Steam Whistle Brewing as the “additional insured party”, as a term of participation. Furnish the insurance documents with final payment.

16. Our company agrees to the Steam Whistle Brewing Code Of Conduct.
