Get out your mittens, snow boots, and your brightest jacket because the Roundhouse Winter Craft Beer Festival is BACK. Steam Whistle Brewing, in association with the Toronto Railway Museum, invites you to participate in the Roundhouse Winter Craft Beer Festival.

Date: Saturday, February 22, 2025
Place: Roundhouse Park, Downtown Toronto
Show Hours: 11am (Early Access) 12 pm to 6 pm

EXHIBITOR DETAILS
(SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN SCHEDULE)
• Product / Equipment Delivery: Friday, February 21st from Noon-5pm
or Saturday, February 22nd from 8am-9am
• Booth Set-up: Saturday, February 22nd from 8am-9am.
• Booth Take Down: Saturday, February 22nd from 6:30pm-9pm

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
• Vendors must complete a permit through Toronto Health
• For vendors serving foods; cooked, heated or opened, the purchase and use of the handwashing station add-on ($150, pre-tax) is required. Vendors serving pre-packaged closed products, must bring and use a gel-based alcohol sanitizer.

VENDOR FEES
Each vendor fee includes:
• One (1) 10’ x 10’ space
• Electrical available for purchase for $150/circuit
• Bags of ice available for purchase for $10/bag
• Four (4) staff working passes per day (additional working passes will be available for an extra charge)
